We made it through Red Ribbon week. This week should be a "normal" week for us.

Spelling:
children, search, teacher, reached, think, together, with, where, everywhere, short, push,finish, sure, who, whole

Vocabulary:
clamor - loud sounds; shouting
malady - sickness or other symptom of poor health
Nostalgic - longing for the past; homesick
trump - to top, get the best of, or outrank

I am sending a book-order today. Books make great Christmas gifts. If you want me to keep them for you (not send home with children) just let me know. Remember I cannot send cash in the mail. Please make checks out to Scholastic Book Clubs.
