What fun to have everyone return from Thanksgiving break. I hope you had a wonderful holiday. Please remember we are walking over to SUU tomorrow. Coats, gloves, boots, hats would be a great idea, it's cold out there.

We are going to begin our Christmas string art. If anyone has crochet thread that we could use please send it with your child to school. We need green (trees) red, brown, and any other color that you might have and are not using.

We finished the last lower case letter in cursive today. Have you child show off their skills in writing in cursive.

This is the newsletter for this week. We only have two days of school. No spelling or vocabulary this week. For those who ordered books for Christmas they are here. You can pick them up anytime. Tuesday I will be leaving right at 4:00. You can get them after Thanksgiving is you want. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday with all of your loved ones. Kimber

I am sending home the Thanksgiving party sign-up page. The party will be Tuesday, November 23 around 2:00 p.m.

We have a field trip the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. We are walking over to the Braithwaite Art gallery. Please look for the permission slip today, sign and return.

Please remember to send a jacket with your student. The weather has changed and we do go outside. The is Green ribbon week. Students are asked to wear the following; Monday, green; Tuesday, yellow; Wednesday,red; Thursday, orange; Friday, purple. Everyone was given a green wrist band to wear all week.

We made it through Red Ribbon week. This week should be a "normal" week for us.
